Technical Difficulties (2025) involves a single 16mm projector and a series of plastic multi-sided distortion lenses that produce multiple screens from a single screen, performed to timed to a soundtrack that explores gendered language. Conceived and developed in response to the increased presence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in workplaces and private lives. The title ironically references the twin struggles of living in a technologically deterministic era and technical problems in making the artwork.
